We verify every payment manually and typically activate your Pro access within a few hours of receiving your form submission, and no later than 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address once your account is upgraded. If you haven't heard within 24 hours, check your spam folder or use the contact form to follow up.
For your first payment, yes — submit the full form so we can link your payment to your account. For monthly renewals, you can simply transfer the payment with your email as reference and email us at hello@toolsfin.com with your transaction reference. We'll renew your access without requiring a new form submission.

Yes. Your form data is transmitted over HTTPS via Formspree's secure servers — we never see your banking credentials or card details. The bank account details shown on this page are receive-only accounts used solely for collecting subscription payments. Your personal information is never shared with third parties.
Simply stop the monthly transfer and email us at hello@toolsfin.com with your registered email address and the word "Cancel". We'll downgrade your account to free at the end of your current paid month. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
If we don't receive your monthly payment, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after your current month expires. You won't lose your account — just access to the scanner. Simply submit a new payment and form when you're ready to re-subscribe and we'll reactivate immediately.
If you're unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, email us at hello@toolsfin.com and we'll process a full refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable as the service has been delivered. We take pride in the quality of our scanner and stand behind it.
